The EPQ is an extra qualification, which provides an opportunity for students to stretch their abilities beyond their course syllabus and prepare for university or their future career. It can also be used to earn extra UCAS points.

The EDC Students' Union

All EDC students are automatically members of the Students' Union, which represents their views and ideas to improve college life. The Union also organises a range of activities and events to enhance student life.
