Skills For Jobs - Study on a Level 3 Course for FREE!

Thanks to the government's Skills for Jobs initiative, eligible adults can study certain Level 3 programmes at East Durham College utterly FREE* of charge!

*Eligibility Information

To be eligible for studying a level 3 course for free, you must fit into one of these categories:

  • You are aged 19 or over and do not already have a Level 3 qualification
  • You already have a level 3 qualification or higher but earn below the National Living Wage annually (£20,319 from April 2023)
  • Already have a level 3 qualification or higher, but are unemployed
