EDC's Strategic Plan
The Board of Corporation of East Durham College is pleased to publish its latest strategy.
We developed this strategic plan with our students, staff and wider stakeholders, analysing our market position, performance and the forces driving change in our sector. We reaffirmed our mission, refocused our vision and committed to a new set of values. The result is a strategy with a clear set of strategic objectives, that defines what success looks like for our people and the communities we serve.
