During this course you will learn how to correctly set up and serve a variety of drinks using the traditional barista coffee machine. You will demonstrate all health and safety measures throughout, whilst using the coffee machine, you will prepare 7 different hot drinks ranging from a expresso to hot chocolate.

The Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles can help you get a job in the hospitality and catering industry or progress up the ladder if you are already working in the sector. There are options focussed on food and beverage service, and professional cookery.

Become a master baker of tasty treats in our Level 3 course!

The purpose is to introduce basic Carpentry and Joinery skills and knowledge to those who have either no, or very little, prior experience. This is a DIY Carpentry and Joinery course delivered over 12 weeks, 3 hours each session (Thursdays) and is aimed at adults aged 19+ who have an interest in improving their home or might be interested in progressing onto our full time course.

The purpose is to introduce basic Carpentry and Joinery skills and knowledge to those who have either no, or very little, prior experience.
