The Level 2 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering course has been designed to equip learners with an essential foundation skills developing both the practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for success in the dynamic field of engineering.

This course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of metalworking techniques, advanced skills in fabrication and welding techniques, and an understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace.

The Higher National Certificate in Operations Engineering has been specifically selected by EDC to satisfy both current Engineering trends as well as the needs of local industry across the North-East.

The purpose is to introduce basic Carpentry and Joinery skills and knowledge to those who have either no, or very little, prior experience. This is an introductory Carpentry and Joinery course is run over 12 weeks, 3 hours each session (Tuesdays) and is aimed at adults, aged 19+, who have an interest in improving their home or might be interested in progressing onto our full time course.
