This Level 2 course will help you perfect skills such as applying paint materials by brush and roller, standard wallpapers to non-complex walls, decorative finishes and paint materials by HVLP spray. The main focus of the level 2 programme is to enhance skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for industry. Sessions will be delivered in both a workshop environment (for practical work) and a classroom environment (for theory work). Also incorporated into the study programme will be maths & English, tutorial, work experience, academic tutorial and relevant trips & guest visits.

Thinking a career as a nail tech might be for you? This course provides a fantastic introduction to nail technology and is delivered part-time at our Peterlee campus beauty salon.

Whether you work already in the beauty industry or brand new to it, this part-time course is ideal for learning a wide variety of new makeup application techniques.
