At ED6's A Level media programme, you'll learn everything from critical analysis of media to essential practical skills in using media equipment such as cameras, microphones and editing software.

This course is designed for students new to the construction sector and who have an interest in painting and decorating, providing a basic introduction to decorating skills.

Gain skills in planning and producing, researching and creating, filming and advertising and using digital technology. You will have the chance to work in photography, gaming, animation, radio, podcasting and moving images!

This is a practical course, that also focuses heavily on the theory behind sport and exercise. Topics include fitness testing, sports coaching, anatomy, sports injuries and psychology in sport.

This Level 2 course will help you perfect skills such as applying paint materials by brush and roller, standard wallpapers to non-complex walls, decorative finishes and paint materials by HVLP spray. The main focus of the level 2 programme is to enhance skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for industry. Sessions will be delivered in both a workshop environment (for practical work) and a classroom environment (for theory work). Also incorporated into the study programme will be maths & English, tutorial, work experience, academic tutorial and relevant trips & guest visits.

The Level 3 programme is designed to help you explore a wide variety of areas in the Media Industry, developing your skills in planning and producing, researching and creating, filming and advertising through the use of digital technology across the course.

Whether you want to teach PE, become a physiotherapist or go on to countless others roles in sport, this extended diploma sports studies course will get you on your way covering subjects such as sports nutrition, sports psychology, anatomy and physiology, sports injuries and research methods.

This qualification is designed to help you extend your understanding of the area or areas of the media industry you'd like to enter in the future, through enhancing your skills in planning, researching, creating, filming, advertising and using digital technology.
